A perfect kitchen team for a perfect goumet holiday

Every day, our chef Tom and his first-class kitchen brigade wave their magic spoons to “conjure up” traditional dishes enriched with an international twist. The gourmet recipes they prepare are a scrumptious way to get acquainted with South Tyrol’s true taste. Tom says: “Cooking is a dialogue with our region; it is a dialogue with nature. I exploit what our local culinary tradition has to offer, refining seasonal recipes with top-quality produce. I believe the focus in the kitchen should be on the product, not on the cook.”

We serve our menus in the various stube of our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol: The modern Silberstube, the traditional Dolomitenstube, the bright Sonnenstube with marvellous view to the Dolomites and the little, fine Zirmstube feature a welcoming combination of Alpine and contemporary style.

Alpen Tesitin – round-the-clock gourmet

Our ¾ gourmet board is conceived to pamper your palate all day long, because good food paves the way to happiness – and we want you to feel happy throughout your holiday. At our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol, you get a great start into your day with a rich breakfast: Fresh fruit, fine jams, egg dishes prepared à la minute, freshly baked bread and croissants, farm butter, local cold cuts and famr cheese, muesli, freshly squeezed juices and more. Breakfast is served from 7:15 to 11 a.m. and can be enjoyed either al fresco on the terrace or in one of our welcoming dining rooms.

The noon- and afternoon buffet opens at 1p.m., with a salad- and starter buffet (there for you until 4:30 p.m.) and a mouth-watering selection of cakes.
Taste the day’s soup or indulge in a slice of homemade pie, apple strudel or pastries from our patisserie! In addition, a warm dish is available until 2 p.m. From 1 p.m. the vitality buffet is available at the spa bar with a selection of fruit, vegetables, dried fruit and nuts, as well as several soft drinks.

The culinary experience reaches its climax at dinner, with a lush 5- to 7-course menu. On demand, we also prepare tasty alternatives for vegetarians and guests with food intolerances or allergies. If you prefer, you personalise your dinner choosing from the à-la-carte menu.

Our sommeliers Gerold and Barbara will be delighted to offer advice for the wine accompaniment.

As an extra, you also get the chance to take part in our weekly wine tasting, or to surprise your partner with a romantic gourmet picnic.
